Everyone likes soft, warm pretzels. If you don’t, you’re missing out. Once again I got the idea to make these from Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I got this recipe from a food blog (which I forgot which one it is) but is a modified version of Martha Stewart’s recipe. It was kind of tricky to shape the dough but practice makes better. I sprinkled Maldon Sea Salt Flakes on the top of the pretzels before they went into the oven. They tasted great but the only downside is that they go soggy in a couple of days.
